The Process...
1. Your class has been divided into five groups and assigned a group/ social class of people from Medieval Europe. There is a webpage connected to this page related to each of these five groups.
2. Each group will use the web links provided on their specific pages research their subjects. Make detailed notes in your own words in your notebooks. When you have finished your research, use these notes to answer the research questions assigned with their topics. There is a Word document attached to your individual group research pages where you can neatly answer questions. Remember to answer these questions well because you will need to hand them in to your research leader (teacher) at the end of the WebQuest. Make sure to provide informative and detailed answers to these questions because you will be using them in your presentation to the "HIRC".
3. Once you have completed your research and answered your questions, you will create visual artifacts to accompany the information. Each group will complete two artifacts which may include a computer generated chart or diagram, drawing or model. These diagrams and illustrations will be explained on your individual research pages.
4. The last step of this WebQuest is to create your presentation for the "HIRC". Your presentation will be created through Glogster. Each group will create a "glog" poster presenting the essential information you have found. If you have created your artifacts using the online tools provided on your pages you may upload them to the project. If you have chosen to draw or create the items by hand you must either scan or upload a photo of the artifacts to present.
You may now proceed to your individual research pages to begin this WebQuest. Don't forget, be thorough... historians everywhere are counting on you to recover this information!
